How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 7–15 business days. This includes 2–5 business days for processing and 5–10 business days for transit.
What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST/PDT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders are dispatched directly from our US-based fulfillment hub located in
North Brunswick, New Jersey. This localized inventory strategy ensures our
premium home decor and fragile vases are securely inspected and promptly
delivered within the US market.
What if my order is delayed?
We provide a 60-Day Guarantee. If your order has not been delivered within 60 days of the shipping date, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement, according to your preference.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the item arrives damaged or defective, Avelond covers all return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind, size/color mismatch), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change.
- Full Refund: Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before they have entered the dispatch/shipping phase.
- Post-Shipment: Once the order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return following our standard return process once the package arrives.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Yes. For returns initiated due to personal preference (e.g., customer remorse, change of mind, style or measurement errors), a
flat 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover the costs of
return logistics, inspection, and repackaging. Please note that for confirmed transit damages or defective items, NO restocking fee will ever be applied.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
At Avelond, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@avelond.com within 72 hours of delivery. To expedite your claim, please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will perform a swift investigation and provide a free replacement or a full refund, at your preference.

Yes. All communications with our website are conducted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, ensuring your credit card and personal data remain secure.
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy and do not sell your contact information or personal data to any third parties.
Taxes & Duties
Will I be charged sales tax?
Avelond does not collect sales tax at the checkout screen for US domestic deliveries. The price added with shipping (if applicable) at checkout represents the total final clear price you pay
Are there import duties?
For shipments within the United States, typically no additional import duties are required from the customer upon delivery.
